Information Packet
An information packet containing details on safety and security policies, campus information, dorm housing, what to bring, meals, liability and health forms, and more will be emailed to all registered participants.
All participants will be required to submit three forms:
- Health Form
- Waiver of Liability
- Multi-media Consent Form
These forms will be included in the information packet.
All participants should read the information packet carefully and return all forms by the deadline listed in the packet. Register to receive yours.
